This was my first visit for a nose-surgery consultation, and first of all the doctor was very kind and explained everything in detail. It was my first visit, so I did not know much related information, but when I asked various questions, he answered well with a smile. The consultation manager also did not pressure me at all about the deposit or reservation, and the staff were kind too, which was nice. However, during the consultation they said they would use donated costal cartilage, but while consulting elsewhere I heard that donated costal cartilage is generally not used, so my trust in it dropped a little.
