I had surgery for an upturned nose, and it’s day 3. I’m worried because the swelling hasn’t gone down. After surgery, my philtrum has become too long, and my nostrils show even more than before, to a severe degree. They say it will gradually come down, but I’m worried it won’t come down as much as I want. After about a month, will it come down to the line I want?
