I went into the consultation room with the director, and there was a really nice smell, so that alone was already a bit surprising. There was a kind of warmth there that I hadn't felt at other clinics, and the consultation took a very long time. Since people kept asking so many questions, they just explained the surgical plan and set aside a separate Q&A time. If you just want to know about your own situation, I recommend going for a consultation.
