The director didn’t separately draw out things like about how high it would turn out, so it was a little hard to imagine, but I think it was because they seemed to have a bit of confidence? and experience. I asked about the surgical materials, and it was nice that they explained why something wouldn’t work. I do trust them, but I’m hesitating because the reviews and ratings in this community aren’t good.
