Since I was young, protruding mouth was my complex, so I started orthodontic treatment in my early 20s, and it improved quite a bit, so I've just been living with it, but my lips are still a complex. I went to a few famous dental clinics for protruding mouth, and two places said the orthodontic treatment was done well and that there was nothing more to improve dentally. The other two places felt too commercial, like they were trying to secure one more orthodontic customer no matter what, so I didn't want to do it. If dental treatment is impossible, I think I would need to get lip plastic surgery or something like philtrum thickness reduction, but protruding mouth surgery ASO also involves extraction orthodontics …
