I had surgery 7 years ago. They gave volume to my forehead with methyl, and during the consultation they recommended lower eyelid fat removal, so I was gullible and did that too. I wanted my forehead to be nicely rounded, but at the time a very protruding forehead like a head-butting dinosaur was in fashion. I hated that so much that I asked them to make only the silhouette as naturally rounded as possible, and that is how it came out. But when it was actually done, it looked so natural that I kind of regretted it lol. I wish I had asked for a little more. Looking at photos, it seems overly natural, almost like a before photo.. It was done under sedation, and I had heard that surgery near the brain area, like forehead implants or forehead lifting, can cause headaches and nausea, and sure enough that was the case. On the day of surgery, I had a terrible motion-sickness-like headache and kept vomiting. If I had done it while living alone, it would have been hell. I regret the lower eyelid fat removal. I should have had fat repositioning instead.. Since they only removed it, the under-eye wrinkles are terrible lololol. I have no choice but to live with it. Anyway, to sum up, I am somewhat satisfied with the forehead, and I regret the lower eyelid fat removal because of the wrinkles.
