I had surgery 7 years ago. They added forehead volume with methyl, and during the consultation they recommended lower eyelid fat removal, so I fell for it and did that too. I wanted my forehead to be nicely round, but at the time a really protruding forehead like a head-butting dinosaur was in style. I hated that so much that I asked them to make it as natural as possible and just shape the silhouette into a round form, and that's how it turned out. But once it was done, it was so natural that I kind of regretted it lol I should've been a bit more ambitious.. Looking at photos, it's almost unnaturally natural, so it even looks like a before photo.. It was done under sleep anesthesia, and originally the area near the brain (forehead implants, forehead lift, etc...
