Even if I had to pay, I wanted to ask a properly qualified doctor everything I wanted to know and have a proper consultation, so the consultation fee did not feel wasted. I applied for the consultation through the Gangun app, then visited in person. A clinic I became interested in after watching a doctor who performs facelifts on YouTube. For the under-eye rejuvenation, it was an event with Dr. Jeon Min-seok, not the chief director.
I was already in a state where another clinic had recommended removing the fat above the nasolabial fold area, so I also asked about that, not just the under-eye area.
The wait was about 10 minutes. The consultation went in this order: manager -> doctor -> manager.
Here, they recommended fat repositioning + fat grafting. (For removing fat above the nasolabial fold area, they told me not to do it since I was already thin, and said not to remove fat but to add it where it was lacking, so they discouraged it..)
Because I had previously had a procedure done on the under-eye area, the repositioning could not be done at the event price. The revision price was 150, but if I posted a "partial photo" review for the January event, it would be 120. Fat grafting was 110 -> 80 (including a second session).
I really asked the doctor absolutely everything I was curious about. I also asked about other surgeries I had had before, and he answered everything honestly. It was straightforward, and he explained the surgical methods within a reasonable scope.
The manager was kind, and when I asked whether I should do other procedures too, she discouraged me lol. She said to try one thing at a time and then do more only if it still felt insufficient.
I visited the clinic in the morning, and it was quiet with not many people. The manager did not pressure me about the deposit, and was kind and appropriately warm.
