I was really satisfied with the surgery itself, and the doctor was extremely kind, so I liked it. But everyone could clearly see a senior staff member scolding a junior staff member below them. And during the surgery they were really punctual and kept exactly to the reserved time, but when I went back for stitch removal and swelling laser, I waited an hour even though I had a reservation. Still, the facility was very good, and they even washed my hair in the middle because I had nose surgery. My nose also turned out very natural, so people around me do not even know I had a nose operation. They just say I look prettier, so I am satisfied.
