There were many reviews saying they were unfriendly, so I went prepared for that to some extent. My first impression of the director was a little scary, but the consultation was much more detailed and professional than I expected. I also have a chronic condition, and I was given health-related advice about that as well. Considering they don't charge a consultation fee, I think it was a very high-quality consultation. The consultation manager was also very kind, and there was no pressure to make a reservation.
