There were many reviews saying they were unfriendly, so I went prepared for that to some extent. The doctor’s first impression was a bit scary, but the consultation was much more detailed and professional than I expected. I also have a chronic illness, and they gave me health-related advice about that too. Considering that they don’t charge a consultation fee, I think it was a consultation of very good quality. The counseling manager was also very kind, and there was no pushy pressure to make a reservation.
