I've been searching for three years for nose and upper-lip reduction, and out of all the plastic surgery clinics I've been to, this was the first time I really felt such a family-like atmosphere and kindness. More so than clinics in my neighborhood.
Honestly, I'm such a cautious person that I kept asking questions through the clinic chat day and night. That shouldn't have been done, but I had also booked consultations and often couldn't make it because something urgent came up. Every time, they understood completely and never said anything unpleasant to me. So I thought, even if I don't end up having surgery, I should stop by at least once and meet them in person, out of loyalty, and went in to get a proper consultation.
To be honest, the hospital isn't that large, since the director only recently opened after working at another clinic. But that made the consultation feel even more thorough and detailed. These days there are so many factory-like clinics packed with people, and those places just drain you. You can't even remember what you discussed, and your mind feels all over the place. You end up feeling awkward for no reason.
But here, the focused care was so good that I talked for over an hour just in the consultation. Thanks to that, I feel like I got one step closer to choosing a clinic after being stuck for three years. If I do get nose surgery, I think I would choose this place without even looking elsewhere.
I asked the manager everything I was curious about for over an hour and even got a surgery estimate, but they never once pushed me to pay a deposit. That was actually the most moving part.
And at the end, they said if I still had questions or concerns, I could always contact them and come back for another visit. It's been a long time since I've left a consultation feeling this good all the way through. The director felt really like an older sister, and she only pointed out the places that objectively needed work. Her sense of aesthetics was the same as mine, so I had a fun consultation without noticing the time passing.
I really appreciated the manager.
The director is also an angel, with the sweetest eye-smile.
Next time, I want to talk more with the director.
I was actually thinking of not writing this because if Ondo Plastic Surgery keeps growing, the manager will get even busier and the care might be harder to get than it is now. But this clinic feels like one of those places everyone really should know about in this era.
