The doctor was kind, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes on his hands, and he kept touching my nose. It was nice that he explained things with pads. Even though I had made a reservation, I had to wait an extra hour and a half, probably because of a counter mistake, and while waiting, I witnessed a woman who had had surgery (it did not seem botched, but maybe her desired result was not achieved) exploding with anger and eventually crying. I went in feeling uncomfortable, but the consultation went well ,, however, I gave up because I had questions about the surgery method and it did not seem right for my nose!
