The doctor and the manager were both very kind and seemed highly professional. Out of all the clinics I consulted, this one was probably the kindest. I left a deposit and we're scheduled for surgery next week, so I hope it goes well. They recommended donated rib cartilage, and I'm worried, but T_T it should be fine, right?
