After a long consultation with the director, I met the surgeon briefly. My eyes are rather thick-lidded, so I went expecting an incisional procedure, but they strongly recommended a non-incisional one. It seemed to be their policy that unless the eyes truly cannot be treated without an incision, non-incisional is better. It was a contrary opinion to the previous hospital, so I was caught off guard, but the reasoning was valid, and the staff and the surgeon were both kind.
