I went with expectations because consultation reviews said the director gives really good consultations. The wait was sliiightly not that long. Maybe the director was busy; it felt like the consultation was about 5 minutes? within 10 minutes. They explained the surgery clearly and well, but did not explain by going through details point by point. It went in the pattern of me asking a question - answer - question - answer. I don’t know if that is the director’s style or if they were busy that day, but it ended lukewarmly The manager did not pressure me for a deposit and was kind. The review photos are my style, but the consultation was not that great… I’m considering going back for another consultation.
