They said they would contact me after 4 PM the day before surgery, but it was past 5 PM and I still had not heard from them, so I contacted the manager. They did not answer, so I asked the hospital, and they said the manager could not come in because of personal reasons, and that another manager would contact me late. They said they were sorry, but as someone about to have surgery, it just sounds like excuses to me. I am wondering whether I should cancel the surgery;;
