The facility is nice, and the staff are friendly. It did not feel like they were pushing anything too hard, and the director honestly pointed out the problems. They said to use ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone. It was not bad, but it was not a consultation that really pulled me in either, so there is room to think it over...
