It's been 5 years since my nose surgery. My nose looks bad in its current state, and I'm scared of contracture, so I'm planning to remove it. I also think a natural, delicate look is pretty, so I'm considering full removal, and I'm currently going around for hospital consultations. During one consultation, they said to remove the silicone, keep the tip, and slightly refine the tip to match the bridge line. My original nose is a bit upturned and short, and the doctor said that would probably be good. I'm also unsure whether it would be better to go back to my original nose or keep only the tip. They said there would be 100% no side effects if only the tip is left, and I guess that's true? If anyone has removed the silicone while keeping only the tip, I'd really appreciate hearing your experience T_T I went to see the big three hospitals.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 7 If I remove it

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 7 Is it still super expensive even if only the septal extension is removed?
Of course it depends on the person, but the price ranges are so varied, from 3 to 5 million won, 6 to 7 million won... Since all I have is a septal extension, would I still need to budget at least 4 million won just to remove that? Also, I

Everyone, I went to [Clinic A] [Clinic B] for a consultation! First, my nose had a closed rhinoplasty 12 years ago with 5 mm silicone, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, cartilage suturing, and dorsal hump reduction. I clearly asked for only
