[Clinic A] [Clinic B] consultation review

Everyone, I went to [Clinic A] [Clinic B] for a consultation! First, my nose had a closed rhinoplasty 12 years ago with 5 mm silicone, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, cartilage suturing, and dorsal hump reduction. I clearly asked for only 3 mm of silicone at the first surgery, but when I had a CT, they said it was 5 mm.. Ugh, doctors are really so irresponsible Anyway, for me the silicone itself is very uncomfortable, and because my skin is thin, the silicone at the tip showing through was stressful, so I wanted to remove it completely Also, from my perspective, it felt like mild contracture was starting? They said [Clinic A] had no contracture and no visible inflammation Since it was a surgery rated 0.1 out of 10 in difficulty, they would proceed with a closed approach They said that if there was depression at the nasal tip or a step-off on the bridge, they would add autologous dermis I asked whether they would do cartilage repositioning, and they said no The price was 220, and if there was tip depression or a bridge step-off during surgery, there would be an additional 165! Of course I was also recommended surgery for rhinitis, haha With [Clinic B], they said a closed approach would be possible, but because they recommended an open approach for cartilage repositioning, I said okay okay There seemed to be no contracture or inflammation, so they would just remove the silicone and do cartilage repositioning I asked, "The nasal tip silicone is visible, so would you not do an ear cartilage fascia graft?" and they said they would do it if I wanted, but that it was not necessary enough to warrant a graft The price was 550, but if I agreed to post photos, it would be 480 I will probably go with [Clinic B] because I want full removal!
