My nose has already had two surgeries, and I also have donor rib cartilage. But my skin has gotten thinner, there is a step-off, and the tip is bent, so I'm thinking about removal. [Clinic A] said that even if I remove it, there won't be any big problem and I don't need to put anything else in, and that cartilage repositioning is the only thing included by default. [Clinic B] said that unless cartilage or a septal support structure is inserted, the shape won't hold. Since my nose is long, they said it would be okay even if I remove it.. lol I'm also worried about putting in a support structure, but my nose is originally low anyway... Still, since I'm doing surgery to remove as much as possible, I think it'd be better to just take it out. T_T T_T T_T Where should I do it? T_T The prices are similar, plus or minus about 50...
