My nose was honestly the biggest complex on my face... From the front, it looked completely flattened, and because of the bulbous tip it looked round, so in photos I looked childlike and makeup could not cover it up T_T I had surgery at Dalbi Plastic Surgery, and Director Byun Jin-hwan caught the issues really fast. He did not suggest anything extra, and only said we should improve exactly what was necessary, which made me trust him even more haha. I had a 4-point support structure built with autologous costal cartilage, and while refining the bulbous nose, I raised the tip of my nose too. With the 4-point support structure, the tip felt firmly fixed and extended cleanly, so the protrusion of my mouth also improved naturally. And they did not pack my nose with gauze, so it was really comfortable... I really hate feeling stuffy, but I did not even get a headache and I slept comfortably too. It has been 2 weeks now, and I liked it so much right after the splint came off lol. Having a bridge where there was none before makes me really happy, and I feel like my facial features look much clearer overall haha? It seems to be settling in well too, and I heard there are many hospitals that do not really take care of you after surgery, but maybe because this is a private clinic, the director took good care of me from the consultation through after surgery too.
