One-week review after revision surgery for a bulbous nose

A bulbous nose had always been a worry for me, so I had nose surgery 4 years ago with silicone and ear cartilage, but the correction for the bulbous tip did not turn out as satisfactory as I had hoped, so the disappointment kept lingering. In particular, the round, spread-out look of the tip from the front kept bothering me, and I also worried that my nose looked too long overall. This was a photo from before the surgery, but I had already had one surgery before then.. So I was really careful when looking into this revision surgery, and after consulting with Director Kim Hyeong-taek at Kwon One Plastic Surgery, I became convinced quite quickly that this was the place to do it. During the consultation, he examined my nose condition carefully and explained in detail how it could be improved in the direction I wanted, even showing me with Photoshop, so I gained trust. As an office worker, my biggest concern was matching the surgery schedule and treatment schedule, but the hospital arranged the timing well, so I was able to go through it without major disruption to work. At Kwon One Plastic Surgery, Director Kim Hyeong-taek performed my revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage particles for the bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the tip. It has now been just over a week. The big swelling went down faster than I expected, and the wounds are healing quickly, so people around me are surprised that I am recovering so fast. Of course, there may be individual differences, but I think it is thanks to Director Kim Hyeong-taek, who did the surgery so carefully. Because my skin is thin, they could not touch it too aggressively, but even now I can already see that the bulbous-nose look has been refined much more neatly than before, so I am satisfied at this level! The change in my nostril shape from ㅡㅡ to ㅣㅣ is the most amazing part. There is still some residual swelling, but the line from the glabella to the tip of the nose is gradually coming alive. Every time I go in for treatment, the staff have been kind and helpful, and they moved things quickly, so the recovery process felt comfortable too. It has not fully settled yet, but so far I am very satisfied, and I am looking forward to how it will settle even more naturally and beautifully over time 😌
