Every night when I lay down to sleep, my nose felt completely blocked, so breathing was really uncomfortable. When I tried to take a photo of myself on a day I was dressed up, the filler I had gotten before had spread out, and every time I smiled the tip of my nose turned blunt. It was honestly so stressful,, I hate anything bothersome, so I did not want to go around to several hospitals, but I heard GNG Hospital also offers otolaryngology care, so I went there. While looking into functional and cosmetic nose surgery, what I liked most was that they could finish both functional and aesthetic nose surgery at once. In the end, they dissolved all the existing filler cleanly and went ahead with surgery. They used septal cartilage to lift the tip of my nose firmly, and for the bridge they placed a custom implant to make it slim and refined. They also treated my rhinitis and deviated septum at the same time, so now breathing is so comfortable! Honestly, I keep wondering why I put up with it so stubbornly for so long; I almost resent my past self Now, even when I smile broadly, my nostrils do not flare thanks to alar reduction, and my side profile has become clearly prettier. My nose looks naturally higher now, so lately I actually enjoy taking photos!
