As you can see from my previous post, my first surgery was a total disaster, and I received aftercare at the original hospital. Because of the high nose, 11-shaped nostrils, visible nasal tip, and crooked tip, last year I went to a specialty removal hospital and removed the silicone and donated rib cartilage, while lowering and reinforcing the nasal tip. The reason was that my original nose was a droopy nose, so I thought the tip could be left as is. Honestly, it was a bit of a desire I couldn’t give up in terms of shape ~ For now, my side profile seems like it could be lower still, and the fact that the height keeps feeling excessive compared with what I consider natural is probably because it’s not a bulbous nose, but a narrow original nose with a high bridge, so matching the tip to that bridge... It doesn’t feel natural. Still, this level is acceptable to me, but the problem is the front view... The tip is twisted too far to the left I thought that because I lowered the height a lot when removing the silicone, it would improve enough to live with, but it didn’t improve at all... At the first consultation for the first surgery, the hospital had already told me my original nose was crooked, so I knew it, and honestly, before all this I had lived without even knowing my nose was crooked. Anyway, once something is put in, I think it definitely becomes noticeable. I lived like this for a year after removal last year, and I’ve reached the point where I’m honestly going to lose my mind, so I went back for another consultation. There they said that since my face axis is already twisted... improving the tip’s crookedness would mean lowering the height more, or removing everything entirely. But in fact, that still isn’t a fundamental fix; it just means lowering and removing so that it looks less crooked to the eye? That’s what they said. Anyway, they said they’d do aftercare if I wanted, so after a lot of deliberation I set a surgery date, but I don’t know if it’s really the right thing to do... I don’t have the confidence to put something back in and go through another revision, and I just want to pull everything out cleanly and live. But then again, humans repeat the same mistakes... There are people who finally got removals and then later got filler again or regretted it I wonder if I’ll be the same.....????? If it were you, would you keep living with it like this, or would you remove it? I have no functional discomfort But because the crookedness is so visible to me, even when talking to people normally... I can’t look straight ahead.. And maybe because there’s still a tip even after removing the silicone, it doesn’t feel natural at all and just looks like I’m a woman who has had surgery Has anyone seen a case where everything was removed, but then the nasal tip went back out of place again? I’m scared I won’t be able to go back to my original nose even after going through the trouble of removing it
