My original nose was a slightly upturned bulbous nose, and right now it only has septal extension grafting in it, so I want to remove it so badly... T_T But I keep seeing stories that even people whose noses were not upturned begin to contract, and that one or two of them end up looking slightly more upturned than their original nose, and for people whose noses were already upturned, it seems they became even more upturned after the contraction period and never came back down, so I am really scared... If complete removal is risky, I wonder if it would be hard to adjust the angle or length of the septal extension graft so it stays as close as possible to my original nose. Sigh... I really want to punch myself for deciding on rhinoplasty so lightly..
