From the front, I had a short nose so my nostrils showed a lot, and the tip looked spread out and pressed down, which had been bothering me My bridge was on the low side, but I was also scared of implants, so I decided to make only the tip more natural and went without an implant; I also had osteotomy around the glabella area!! The nose tip has come together naturally, so I’m satisfied. I recommend this more to people who want a natural upgrade rather than people who want a flashy nose!! The osteotomy area still hasn’t fully gone down in swelling, so I think I’ll need a bit more time to see the effect
