Twelve years ago, the neighborhood aunties kept saying, “For noses, it has to be [Clinic A]~,” so I thought the aunties’ opinion was the real deal and went there for nose surgery. It was done with a closed approach, and they said they would insert 5 mm of silicone, but I said I did not want it too high and asked for 3–4 mm. In truth, I do not know whether that opinion was accepted lol. They did cartilage fixation, tip cartilage from the ear, and silicone, and I have lived without any problems since then. The main goal was actually to correct a bulbous nose, and because I wanted a very natural-looking nose, I was satisfied and lived with it. But maybe because of time, the tip started to show through, so now I am looking into a clinic that specializes in removal so I can take everything out and live more comfortably.
