I got a consultation for removal, and they checked it with ultrasound. I do not have silicone or anything like that, only a septal support graft with no bridge, and I went because the tip was showing through. They said that if they remove the septal support graft, that would be enough, but at [Clinic A] and at [Clinic B], where I had my previous surgery, they said that if the septum is removed I would feel a big sense of loss and the nose would sag so I would want it put back in, and that they would not recommend it aesthetically, but here they just said it could be removed and that was it.. There are no post-op review photos, and recently there have been bad reviews and issues with a lack of communication regarding dissatisfaction after surgery
