Seven years ago, at a clinic near Gangnam Station that has now gone out of business, I had only the nasal tip done to improve the look of a wide nose, but without telling me, they lengthened my nose, so I currently have donated costal cartilage in place. It used to be an attractively short nose, but I dislike that it looks long and feels hard, so I’m trying to have it removed. When I consulted at Homme, they said they would make it into whatever shape I wanted, but I’ve seen mentions of columellar scars, so I want a closed approach. Would that be okay?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
