Do you have to use donor costal cartilage again for the implant/material? I had septal cartilage first, then had revision surgery with donor costal cartilage, but my nasal tip feels like it’s drooping a little, so I wanted to ask before going for a consultation... Can the previously cut material be used? I was told I didn’t have septal cartilage, so that’s why I used donor costal cartilage ㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
