Do you have to use autologous rib cartilage?? Can’t it be done with septal cartilage or ear cartilage? I’m planning to get revision rhinoplasty because of contracture, and I’m looking into Yuno, Private, Banni, and Nana. It seems like most of them use autologous rib cartilage? But this seems to have more advantages, so I’m really drawn to it, but it’s not something I can just do because I want to, right?
