Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Is a natural-looking nasal tip possible even with autologous costal cartilage? Not a pointy nose...

I'm having a third surgery because of nasal obstruction as a side effect, so I'm really sick of pointy noses, witch-like noses, and high nasal tips, you know? I want the nasal tip height to be about the same as my nose before surgery, I mean around the nose I had after my first surgery. It wasn't that high. And because it was done with ear cartilage, it was rounded, you know? Because of that, it had a blunt feeling, and I just want to improve only that slightly, you know? I seriously have absolutely, absolutely, absolutely no intention of making the nasal tip higher or more projected. But is that possible with autologous costal cartilage instead of ear cartilage? I have one ear left, so I want to use ear cartilage, but the doctor is saying we should use autologous costal cartilage for various reasons. I'll ask again, but is it possible to design a natural-looking nasal tip that isn't too high even with autologous costal cartilage? I really hate a sharp! long-looking feel..
