<The protruding part bothers me..><The nasal tip is blunt.. it must just be swelling, right..?> I had implant-free surgery, including rhinitis surgery and osteotomy, and for the nasal tip they put in septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but I don’t like it Maybe I should have gotten silicone.. I chose implant-free because I was scared of side effects, but I think I regret it I wanted my nasal tip to be pointy, but it’s even rounder and blunter, and my philtrum looks longer so I look older I’d rather go back to my old nose.. The nasal dorsum protrudes a bit, so when I asked, they said it’s because they put in artificial dermis and that it would go down, but it still hasn’t gone down.. ha..
