I went for a consultation last November. At the time I hadn’t researched rhinoplasty much and said I only wanted a silicone-free nasal tip, but they kept recommending different things, saying that what matters is that it looks pretty. It felt somewhere between a recommendation and a push, closer to a push, but not quite. Still, it seemed like they absolutely would not do a silicone-free nasal tip. I visited 5 places in person, and this was the most expensive and the one that recommended the widest range of procedures. The surgeon was sharp, but if you asked about various things, he answered everything clearly and directly.
