One-week review after surgery for a short nose

I got my nose done and I'm satisfied, so I'm writing a review My original nose wasn't bad either, but what bothered me most was that the nasal tip was a bit short, and I wanted a more refined impression, so I had surgery What I wanted was absolutely not a flashy nose, but somewhere between straight and semi-straight!! No socket-like nostrils, absolutely no nose that looks obviously operated on. I thought my original nose was okay too, so I just wanted it to look a bit prettier than before They used ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and I thought really hard about silicone. The doctor said I could go without an implant, but I still wanted it to be slightly higher than before, so we decided to put in about 2.5-3 mm.. I asked them to make me Karina's nose ..During the consultation before surgery, the doctor said very solemnly, ‘In the operating room, our goal is Karina’.. The operating room photos below are ones I found in the doctor's blog post about my surgery case and snatched from there! I got my splint removed today, and at first the higher nose felt a bit unfamiliar, but I think it turned out well.. I still have a slightly protruding mouth and a bit of a recessed chin, but after getting my nose done, my side profile looks much prettier ㅠ It's only been a week, so the swelling will go down more, right!? I seriously went around to 7-8 hospitals At other hospitals, because the skin on my nose doesn't stretch well, quite a few places recommended using donated costal cartilage even though it was my first surgery, and some hospitals recommended silicone up to 4-4.5 mm. Even when it wasn't that much, everyone recommended around 3.5 mm on average, but I really think I would have looked like Avatar if it had gone any higher hereㅠ When I said I actually wanted to use about 3.5 mm, the doctor said that wouldn't work and that we had to go lower, so we agreed on a maximum of 3 and went in, and I'm so glad I really didn't go too high… I heard they shaved it down from 3 mm before using it! There were many places that did consultations without taking a CT, but here they took a CT and checked how much silicone would be good to put in and the size of my septal cartilage, and said the septal cartilage could be used, so I liked that.. Usually a lot of managers, staff, or nursing assistants feel kind of sketchy, try to push things, or are really rude, but everyone here was so kind and nice.., I feel like I'm only praising them too much, so I'm uploading the receipt too (the photo shows the amount excluding the reservation deposit). Now I have to become a slave for 6 months
