Arm lift and liposuction: 2-week review

Hello~ I’m sharing my two-week arm-lift review! Looking back on the surgery day, I wasn’t nervous at all.. haha. Many people seem to get tense, but I went in feeling, “Let’s just get it over with!” I had that much trust, and I was also exhausted because I had driven for three hours since morning.. lol. They measured my body composition, designed the plan, and took me into the operating room smoothly. (They were considerate while designing because they worried my arms might hurt, which touched me.. haha.) There were so many compliments about the operating-room nurses in the reviews that I wondered why, but they really felt so warm and comforting... I became more relaxed. The anesthesiologist was very friendly, the surgeon needs no introduction, and all the staff were wonderful! When anesthesia started, I finally felt a little scared—what if I didn’t wake up? Then I opened my eyes lol, and it was over. As soon as I woke up, I checked my arms and could see slimmer arms even allowing for swelling! They said my arms had become thin enough to give me size S compression garments... What is happening? Size S in my life? Seriously. (They said the swelling on the back of the arms will go down a lot!) Honestly, I don’t know how to describe the pain, but it’s much more stiffness and discomfort than pain. Gauze, a T-shirt, bandages, compression garments, then clothes—it’s so uncomfortable.. After a day or two, the bandages all came loose, so I got annoyed and wrapped them tightly with duct tape.. lol. Now the bandages are all off, so life is at least bearable~~ My hands swelled so much that it was hard to make a fist, but they went down after removing the bandages! My forearms are still very swollen and look plumper than my upper arms, so I don’t know when they’ll return to normal, but surely they will someday!! The scars feel raised when touched, but I already have keloid-prone skin and expected that much, so personally I’m not too bothered~ More than that, I’m enjoying looking in the mirror every day at my slimmer arms. I haven’t worn pretty clothes yet because the compression garments are uncomfortable, but they turned out so nicely that I’m looking forward to later T_T. Thank you to the surgeon and everyone who worked hard on my surgery! I truly think I made the right choice having the arm lift at [Clinic A]. If you’re considering it, I recommend at least going for a consultation!
