I have fairly full cheeks, so the lower part of my face looks round overall and my jawline is not very defined. When I manage my weight, my weight and belly fat decrease somewhat and my body changes to a degree, but my face feels especially unchanged, so this time I went to [Clinic E] for contouring injections. They did more than just give a verbal consultation: they measured my body composition and carefully checked how much fat I had, which made me feel that they were managing me professionally, and I thought it was quite good. I explained that I wanted to remove facial fat and a double chin and create a facial line, and they looked at my face shape together with me and explained which areas should be prioritized. It felt like they were discussing a plan suited to my condition rather than simply following a fixed method, which was good. The injections were not very painful. Immediately afterward I felt somewhat swollen, but it was not severe. I cannot see a dramatic effect yet, but the heavy feeling is less than before.
