Eye Surgery Reviews

I think I finally found my ideal rabbit eyes 🐰

I’ve always liked round, bright-looking eyes much more than long, atmospheric eyes. I wanted eyes that looked a bit like a rabbit’s—when open, the pupils clearly visible and vertically large. But the double eyelid surgery I had at another clinic gradually loosened, and my eyes moved farther and farther from the look I liked. As the crease lost its strength, my eyes also looked blurry, and I got to the point where I had to wait for both sides to be having a good day... So this time I had it redone by Dr. Kim Tae-woon at ID. During the consultation, I didn’t simply ask for larger double eyelids. I showed photos of the eyes I liked and said I wanted them to look big and bright, like rabbit eyes. Now even the feeling when I open my eyes is different from before. The crease itself is part of it, but my pupils look clearer and more open than before, making my eyes look larger, and I love that. The rabbit eyes I wanted weren’t simply eyes with a high crease. I worried that a crease that was too thick would look overwhelming, but now the crease suits the size of my eyes, so the overall impression has shifted toward a bright, lively look. Another subtle benefit is that my eyes look less stuffy when I make facial expressions. Before, when I smiled, the loosened crease became even less visible and my eyes lost their presence, but now my eyes still look defined when I smile, lol. Before the revision, it took me a while to decide because I worried they might loosen again, but so far, every time I look in the mirror, I think, ‘These are the eyes I wanted.’ Maybe it’s because I prefer rabbit-like eyes to glamorous, atmospheric eyes, lol. I’m satisfied that my preferences were properly reflected this time 🐰
