I had the type of hidden double eyelids where even applying 1 cm of shadow to my upper eyelids would all get covered when I opened my eyes, and I also had a lot of fat on my upper eyelids. I asked for the highest crease possible with buried-suture surgery, so I had it done together with medial canthoplasty. Honestly, I cannot say it is unnoticeable, but I am very satisfied that my eyes simply look bigger. It did not hurt after surgery and I had no side effects, so I highly recommend this surgery at this level. If you want to become prettier, I definitely recommend getting double-eyelid surgery.
