I had my first nose surgery with a closed approach. The result was very natural, so I often heard from people around me that it hardly looked like I had surgery. At first I thought that was an advantage, but as time passed, I began to feel there were things I regretted. Because the tip of my nose had not changed much, the overall change in my appearance also felt smaller than expected. So I started looking into revision surgery. After visiting several clinics for consultations, I went to [Clinic A]. The consultation atmosphere was comfortable overall, and they did not seem to push anything excessively. They explained realistically based on the condition of my nose and the direction I wanted, so I felt good about it. The consultation with Dr. Oh Min was especially memorable. He carefully pointed out what was lacking in my current nose and how much change would realistically be possible through revision surgery. I liked that he guided me toward harmony with my face rather than automatically aiming for a dramatic look. In the end, I decided to proceed with revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage for the tip and silicone for the bridge. Since my first surgery was so natural, I am hoping this time for a definite change without going too far, lol. I especially loved the way they shape the nasal tip here, haha. I am slightly nervous because the surgery is still ahead, but after the consultation I feel that I have a clear direction, so I am somewhat more at ease. I will write another update about my recovery after the surgery!!
