It did settle naturally, but as the swelling fully went down and more time passed, it looked much more natural than I expected, making my nose seem a little low.
At first, because of the swelling, I thought it might be exactly the height I wanted. But once even the residual swelling completely disappeared, it felt like only the bridge had been slightly refined from my original nose, so honestly I still feel disappointed. People around me praise it for looking natural and not obvious, but for my own satisfaction, I keep thinking it would have been perfect if the projection had increased by just 1–2 mm.
There are no complications, and the line itself is smooth without any pinched feeling. Still, since I spent money and went through the trouble of surgery, I find myself wishing the bridge and tip were higher whenever I look in the mirror. I’m conflicted every day about whether I should undergo revision surgery to raise only the bridge and tip slightly for a more glamorous straight-line look, or leave it alone and live happily with the safe result rather than risk ruining the shape.
I’m wondering whether anyone like me, whose result was too natural, has consulted several clinics for revision or had the line raised again, and whether I should simply maintain it as it is.
