I went for a consultation at ㄱㄴ Plastic Surgery. I was planning to get fat grafting and rhinoplasty together, so I booked with Director ㅇㄱㅎ? and I think I waited about 2 weeks. For fat grafting, because my face shape looks like a peanut from the front after dieting pretty severely ㅠㅠ, I had consultations for three areas: the hollow areas in my side cheeks, the hollow area in my forehead, and the nasolabial folds. For my nose, I have a bulbous nose., I went there, waited a bit, got a CT scan, and met the consultant. She was extremely kind (almost overwhelmingly) ..ㅎ When I talked about fat grafting and then my nose, she consulted with me very proactivelyyy. Then I met the director, and the consultation felt formal. That said, he wasn't too unfriendly, and he explained very confidently, saying if we do it this way, it will become like this and have this kind of shape, even drawing pictures as he explained. For fat grafting, he did not recommend the side cheeks, recommended putting it in the cheek area toward the anterior cheekbones, and said for the forehead he would only fill the hollow part, and for the nasolabial folds he would place it as is. As I listened, I was like, is that so? Ohh., so it becomes like this..? lol And he recommended autologous costal cartilage.. At that time, I didn't know what rib cartilage meant ㅠ But somehow I felt like I would be looked down on if I didn't know, so I pretended I knew lol ㅠ The consultant came back in, showed me her own photos, continued consulting very actively, and explained the cost too.. With the review-writing + same-day booking event, fat grafting was originally 1.5 million? or 1.7 million won, I think, but it became 1.2 million, so fat grafting + nose with donated rib cartilage was around 5.5 million won, and autologous costal cartilage was around 6.8 million won, I think. Haah.. I only went to one place, so why am I so drained already.. There was pressure to pay a reservation deposit ㅠㅠ so it felt even more burdensome…
