I went because I wanted Kozelko and saw the director's blog. The clinic facilities were of course clean, and the staff were all kind. The director also calmly said, "This is the only thing you need," and immediately understood what I meant. The consultation manager was not at all pushy about doing more, and there was no deposit pressure at all, which was great, so I booked the surgery right away.. I was a bit worried because there were no reviews, but since it is a newly opened clinic, I figured as much.
