By now, most of the swelling is almost gone, and it is so natural that I guess you could say that is the only issue? It looks natural enough that people would not know unless I tell them, while still being pretty, so I think it turned out well and I am satisfied. The dorsal hump is almost gone, and I am just hoping the nasal tip does not drop any further from here.
