Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Those who had revision surgery for a contracted nose

They say that for a nose that has had contracture once, the answer is not to put silicone in again. I’m thinking about revision surgery with autologous rib cartilage, but I’m only considering the nasal tip, not the bridge. There’s a lot of talk about warping when it comes to the bridge;; Then the bridge would stay as it is after removing the silicone. Is it usually the case that everyone just removes it and only does the tip? Or do they place dermis or something..ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Even if I’m not fully satisfied with the bridge, I do want to prioritize safety for the revision surgery. I’m curious how other people here had their surgery done.
