I’m going around for consultations for revision surgery because of my nasal tip, but my nostrils have become longer, and even though I have a long nose, my nostrils show a lot, so it ended up looking slightly like a dragon nose. One place recommended lowering the nostril rim, and another recommended alar lift, but I’m worried that if I lift the alae, my philtrum will look longer. Has anyone had it done? Does it really make the philtrum look longer??

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
