I got alar Botox 2 weeks ago, and since a few days ago after that, I feel like the skin at my nasal tip has become thinner and the cartilage has come down .. Also, the tip of my nose feels a bit tight, but I'm not sure whether this is a side effect of rhinoplasty or a side effect of alar Botox ㅠㅜㅜ I had rhinoplasty about 2 and a half years ago, with ear cartilage at the nasal tip and silicone on the nasal bridge ㅠㅠㅠㅜ Will it get better once the effect of the alar Botox wears off?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
