I got alar Botox 2 weeks ago, and since a few days ago after that, I feel like the skin at my nasal tip has become thinner and the cartilage has come down.. Also, the tip of my nose feels a bit tight, but I'm not sure whether this is a side effect of rhinoplasty or a side effect of alar Botox I had rhinoplasty about 2 and a half years ago, with ear cartilage at the nasal tip and silicone on the nasal bridge Will it get better once the effect of the alar Botox wears off?
