It's now day 5 after my rhinoplasty ㅠㅠ The tip looks way too upturned. Can it really come down once the swelling goes down..? I do have a support called Silastic inside my nose, but will it look a bit better once the Silastic is removed..? This is a revision rhinoplasty, so I'm really worried

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
