I haven’t developed a saddle nose deformity yet, but if I remove the nasal tip septal cartilage and reinforce it with the septal cartilage that was used, could that prevent a saddle nose deformity?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
